Upon receiving the samples or design drafts from you and after you have signed the production contract with our sales personnel, we will proceed the following procedures:

First tank → Second tank → Third tank → Fourth tank → Fifth tank → Sixth tank → Seventh tank → Eighth tank → Baking oven

Degreasing  ► Rrinsing  ► Washing  ► Gauge adjustment  ► Iron film coating  ► Aluminum film coating  ► Rinsing  ► Washing  ► Drying

Full inspection on the appearance  ► Defect handling  ► Dust blowing  ► Material hanging to prepare for production

Dust blowing  ► Vacuum electrostatic spraying  ► Vacuum setting area  ► Oven baking

Out of the oven setting area  ►Full inspection and packaging area
